Human Resources Committee

The workflow of our Federation, which brings together about 30 associations representing the Turkish food and beverage industry and hundreds of companies within them, can be intense enough to reflect these numbers. Our near-perfect operation is made possible by our prudent human resources choices.

The Human Resources Committee is responsible for establishing systems and policies that adhere to laws and best practices to provide an attractive environment for our current and potential employees. In addition to the performance evaluations and payments of the employees, new employment, and assignments in needed areas are also among the responsibilities of this Committee.
