Corporate governance ensures that the organs of an organization work in harmony like the gears of a machine. In this context, the duty of the Corporate Governance Committee is to advise the Board of Directors regarding the formation, function and organization of the bodies of our Federation.
In addition, it is among the duties of the Committee to develop management policies and procedures within the Federation, to supervise the decisions of corporate bodies, and to assist the Board of Directors in the creation of corporate social responsibility and sustainability programs.
