Menlik, g\u0131dan\u0131n insanlar\u0131n en temel ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funa belirterek, Ar-Ge\u2019ye ve inovasyona verilen \u00f6nemin artmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini bildirdi.
