VE T\u0130C. A.\u015e.<\/p>\n<p>Born in 1951 in Gaziantep, Necati G\u00f6ksu is the son of a merchant father. After attending primary school in Gaziantep, G\u00f6ksu decided to go into trade during his middle school years and started his business life by wholesaling delicatessen and grocery products such as cheese and oil alongside his father in Elmac\u0131 Bazaar, where the best merchants of Gaziantep were located. G\u00f6ksu moved to Istanbul with his family in 1967. Together with his father and brother, he established Gaziantep Food Market in Fatih, Istanbul. In 1972, G\u00f6ksu started wholesale food business with the company he established in Unkapan\u0131 named Gaziantep Ticaret and started to produce halva with his father-in-law Habe\u015f Seyido\u011flu between 1987-1999. G\u00f6ksu took all patent, license and name rights in 1999 and established Seyido\u011flu Halva Jam factory and continued its activities as a separate company. G\u00f6ksu and his son Mehmet G\u00f6ksu set the goal of expanding the business, which started with a daily production of 150 kg of halva and jam, together with his son Mehmet G\u00f6ksu. G\u00f6ksu has reached a daily production capacity of 30 tons of halva, 20 tons of tahini, 40 tons of jam, 10 tons of hazelnut cream with cocoa, with its expert staff of 600 people in its Had\u0131mk\u00f6y integrated facilities, which was established on an area of 8000 m\u00b2 in 2001 and later expanded to 20,000 m\u00b2.
