Between 1997 and 2019, Mr. \u015earman held various managerial positions in the Group in Turkey and abroad, and served as the founding General Manager of Anadolu Etap. In 2019, he was appointed as the President of Anadolu Group's Agriculture, Energy and Industry Group, a position he still holds. Elected as the President of the Federation of Food and Beverage Industry Associations of Turkey (TGDF) in January 2022, Mr. \u015earman was re-elected for a new three-year term in November 2024 and also serves as the Vice President of the World Fruit Juice Union (IFU).<\/p>\n<p>Demir \u015earman graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Economics and received his MBA from the University of Chicago.
