Avrupa\u2019da 5500 \u2013 6000 aras\u0131 T\u00fcrk marketi var, bunlara hizmet sa\u011flayan 500 \u2013 600 aras\u0131 toptanc\u0131, bayi var. Avrupa\u2019da do\u011fmu\u015f markalar ve onlar\u0131n da da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m a\u011f\u0131 ile b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sekt\u00f6r var.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Etnik Pazar\u2019da bulunan toptanc\u0131lar sadece T\u00fcrk markalar\u0131 de\u011fil Yunan, Hindistan, Pakistan ve bulundu\u011fu \u00fclkenin \u00fcr\u00fcnleriyle birlikte 15 \u2013 20 farkl\u0131 \u00fclkenin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131yor. Marketlerde ise T\u00fcrk markalar\u0131 haricinde Avrupa markalar\u0131, Balkan, Arap ve daha bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkenin \u00fcr\u00fcnleri sat\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3>\u201cEtnik Pazar ihracat i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u015fans\u201d<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki \u00fcreticiler i\u00e7in Avrupa\u2019daki Etnik Pazar\u2019\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u015fans oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Ayd\u0131n, bu pazara eri\u015fmek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenleri \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131ralad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131l\u0131rsa ciddi \u015fekilde ihracat artabilir. \u00d6nemi olan Avrupa g\u00f6z\u00fcyle bak\u0131lmak. T\u00fcrkiye g\u00f6z\u00fcyle bak\u0131l\u0131rsa Avrupa\u2019daki dinamikler g\u00f6r\u00fcnemeyebilir. Avrupa\u2019daki i\u00e7 pazar\u0131 bilen elemanlarla birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sat\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7lenecektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avrupa\u2019da mutlaka eleman ve b\u00fcro bulundurmal\u0131. T\u00fcrk \u00fcreticilerin eksik taraf\u0131 bu. \u00c7ok daha ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki ve Avrupa\u2019daki uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 olarak birbirimize aktararak kuvvetlenmemiz gereken bir d\u00f6nem oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3>Pazara giri\u015fte ya\u015fanan s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar nas\u0131l a\u015f\u0131l\u0131r?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Etnik Pazar\u2019a giri\u015fte a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken engellerden de s\u00f6z eden Diren, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHerkes her \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc en kaliteli \u015fekilde ve en ucuza istiyor. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fcn bir arada olmas\u0131 imkans\u0131z. Bir pazara ilk giri\u015fte maliyete fazla odaklan\u0131lmas\u0131 dezavantaj olabiliyor. \u00d6te yandan bir pazarda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmu\u015f ayr\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlere fazlaca odaklanmak da bir sorun olabiliyor. AB\u2019nin uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 vergiler burada engel te\u015fkil ediyor. Bir di\u011fer engel de rakip \u00fcr\u00fcn olarak \u00c7in\u2019den gelen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin di\u011fer \u00fclkelerin ad\u0131yla tekrar ambalajlanarak sat\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yerel marketlerde sal\u00e7am\u0131z var, ancak b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda ihracat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n fiyat taviziyle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oluyor. AB\u2019nin uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sal\u00e7a kotas\u0131 ve vergi krizi a\u015f\u0131l\u0131rsa T\u00fcrk sal\u00e7as\u0131 Avrupa\u2019da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir potansiyele sahip. Yaln\u0131zca sal\u00e7a da de\u011fil, sal\u00e7adan elde edilen pizza soslar\u0131 ve di\u011fer soslar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir pazar. AB pazar\u0131 tam 10 milyara yak\u0131n kavanoz \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir pazar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrk sal\u00e7as\u0131 renk ve k\u0131vam anlam\u0131nda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en iyi sal\u00e7alar\u0131ndan birisidir, fiyat\u0131 da 1000 dolar seviyelerindedir. Kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda 650 - 700 dolarl\u0131k \u00c7in sal\u00e7as\u0131yla soslar yap\u0131l\u0131p AB pazar\u0131na s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor, al\u0131c\u0131lar da aradaki ciddi fiyat fark\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demekten uzak duruyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye \u00fcretimi planlamal\u0131\u201d<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin tar\u0131m a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok avantajl\u0131 bir \u00fclke oldu\u011funu ancak \u00fcretimi planlayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Seyyar, \u201c\u00dcretimi planlayam\u0131yoruz. Sal\u00e7adan itibaren s\u00f6yleyecek olursak, \u0130talya\u2019n\u0131n 8 sente ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 sal\u00e7ay\u0131, biz 9-10 sente, baz\u0131 y\u0131llarda 12-13 sente mal ediyoruz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla rekabet etti\u011finiz ana \u00fcreticiyle aran\u0131zda b\u00f6yle bir maliyet fark\u0131 varsa, buradan elde edilecek \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin d\u00fcnya pazar\u0131nda yer bulmas\u0131 kolay de\u011fil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">AB\u2019nin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den \u00fcr\u00fcn al\u0131rken uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 standartlar \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek. Bu da ticarette b\u00fcy\u00fck bir dezavantaj sa\u011fl\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin toplam \u00fcretimi nas\u0131l artt\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 ve planlayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirlemesi laz\u0131m. Bunun sadece 3 milyon litresi, yani %4\u2019\u00fc ihra\u00e7 ediliyor. \u00c7ok da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ihracat\u0131m\u0131z yok. Ancak d\u0131\u015far\u0131da muazzam bir potansiyel var. Her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn rekabet art\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Biz T\u00fcrkiye olarak burada \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir oyuncuyuz. \u0130hracat\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 AB\u2019ye ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor, burada etnik pazar\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli. \u00dclke olarak da genel olarak b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015farap \u00fcreticisi olmayan, Almanya ve \u0130ngiltere gibi \u00fclkelerde var\u0131z. Ancak T\u00fcrkiye Etnik Pazar\u2019\u0131n \u00f6tesini hedeflemeli.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>\u201cYerel vatanda\u015flar\u0131 hedeflemeliyiz\u201d<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130hracat\u0131 artt\u0131rmak i\u00e7in at\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ad\u0131mlar\u0131 s\u0131ralayan Sibel Kutman Oral, \u201cBunu yapabilmenin yolu, \u015farap \u00fcreticilerinin i\u015fbirli\u011fi yaparak birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131. \u00dclkenin \u015faraplar\u0131n\u0131 anlatmak, ve tan\u0131tmak gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu misyonla ihracat yapabilecek kapasitedeki \u00fcreticilerden tan\u0131t\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kaynak ay\u0131rabilecek firmalar 10-15 y\u0131ld\u0131r Wines of Turkey \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir arada.
