Buna g\u00f6re g\u0131da bile\u015feninin do\u011fal olarak kabul edilmesi i\u00e7in a) bile\u015fenin kimyasal sentez yolu ile elde edilmemi\u015f olmas\u0131, b) kaynak materyalin bitki, yosun, mantar, hayvan ya da mikroorganizma k\u00f6kenli olmas\u0131, c) bile\u015fenin kaynak materyalden fiziksel, enzimatik ve\/veya mikrobiyolojik y\u00f6ntemlerle elde edilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekmekte.
